We want you to love your purchase from VinylSpace! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Return requests must be made by contacting us at Contact@vinylspace.shop.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please first check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at Contact@vinylspace.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Custom vinyl or made-to-order items
