🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return requests must be made by contacting us at Contact@vinylspace.shop.
Please note:

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is late or missing, please first check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at Contact@vinylspace.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage.
